Return and Refund Policy

At File49.in, we sell digital products (such as PDFs, templates, ebooks, etc.) that are instantly delivered via email or download links. Due to the nature of these products, we follow a strict no-refund policy.

1. No Return Policy

• All sales are final.

• Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. No Refund Policy

Since digital files can be easily copied and stored, we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.

3. Exceptions (Refund in Special Cases)

We may offer a refund only in the following rare cases:

• The product file is corrupted and cannot be opened.

• You received the wrong product than what you ordered.

• You did not receive the download link or file within 24 hours (and our support fails to deliver it even after contacting).

In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of your purchase with proof (screenshot or order ID).

4. Duplicate Payment

If you are charged twice by mistake for the same product, we will issue a full refund of the duplicate payment after verification.

5. File Download Issues

If you face trouble downloading the file:

• First, check your email inbox or spam folder.

• If still unresolved, email us your Order ID and we’ll resend the file.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to admin@file49.in within 3 days of your purchase.

2. Include your Order ID, Email Address, and a short explanation of the issue.

3. Attach a screenshot or proof if applicable (e.g., error message, file issue, payment receipt).

Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Please Note:

• Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, misunderstanding of product use, or accidental purchase.

• Refunds will be initiated within 2–3 business days from the date of cancellation or return confirmation.

• The refunded amount will reflect in the customer’s account within 5–7 business days after initiation, depending on the payment method used.
